POLICE ACTION

Lincolnshire Police have just taken delivery of a new John Deere tractor in an attempt to highlight rural crime. We know this particular model has 4 wheel drive, power steering and air conditioning - but unsure of the time it takes to get from zero to 60 mph.

So far, Strathclyde Police have not visited our showroom looking for a similar model.

INTERNATIONAL FLAVOUR

During the month of August we have had a young student from Germany working in the company. The purpose of his stay being to gain practical experience in a UK dealership.

Marcel Deppe's family own a large John deere Ag and Turf business near Hanover. When he returns home Marcel, aged 19, will study economics with half his time spent at University, and the remainder at John Deere's European HQ at Mannheim. Marcel is 3rd from right in the picture.
